BIO

"With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a deep passion for movement, strength, and long-term health. Throughout my career, I’ve earned multiple certifications across strength training, group fitness, and performance-based conditioning, allowing me to coach clients of all levels with confidence and care. I’ve also owned and operated my own fitness business for more than two decades, building a community-focused environment where sustainable results, proper coaching, and real-life balance come first. My mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent for life."
